Collection and Use of Information

During the registration and login processes, personal information is generated and stored. Secure online meetings take place in an environment of mediated data exchange. Only upon customer request will these meetings be recorded and stored on our servers for future use by the customer. This data is protected from unauthorized use.

IP Information

An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer each time you access the internet. This number is used by the web server (the central computer that processes components of web pages) to automatically identify your computer. Utomi GmbH collects IP addresses for system administration purposes, in order to create reports and to analyze the use of our web site. Whenever a customer requests a specific page of or service, our server recognizes the IP address of the requesting computer. The IP address is not tied to the customer's personal information, however. This guarantees anonymity and respects the customers privacy. The IP address is typically used to determine the number of visitors to our web pages.
