		Thomas Krempl, CEO Before Thomas Krempl founded Utomi GmbH, he was an executive partner and COO of Hyperwave Information Management GmbH. Krempl, who holds a degree in computer science, recognized the tremendous potential of the Internet over a decade ago. In 1994 he founded IREX Software AG, one of the premier internet services in Germany.
		Georg Thamer, VP Sales Vor seiner Tätigkeit als selbständiger IT- und Marketingberater in München war Georg Thamer (48) Marketingleiter bei der Hyperwave Information Management GmbH. Von 1992 bis 1997 leistete Georg Thamer als stellvertretender Vertriebsleiter der Nemetschek Programm System AG, München, einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur erfolgreichen Entwicklung des heute börsennotierten Unternehmens.
		Reinhardt Altmann, VP Marketing Before joining Utomi GmbH, Reinhardt Altmann served as the Director of Marketing and member of the senior management team for the European division of Intuit. He has successfully held marketing and management positions in numerous hardware and software companies. Altmann has more than 10 years of experience in information technology marketing and product management.
		Stefan Krempl, CTO, PhD. Before Stefan Krempl was appointed Director of Technology at Utomi GmbH, he was a product manager and IT Security consultant at Giesecke and Devrient. He has also overseen several information technology and software projects at T-Systems. Krempl holds a PhD. in physics and has been involved with the Internet since its inception. In addition, Krempl is General Manager of my-files GmbH, a subsidiary of Utomi GmbH.
